Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers nice and spacious rooms, a good breakfast buffet, pool, spa, and very easy arrangements for airport pickup/dropoff and excursions. However, the staff should improve room readiness for the next guests.
I truly loved my stay at this hotel. The Grand Deluxe room I stayed in was lovely with a stunning bathroom and the staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to assist with anything I needed. The location, surrounded by beautiful gardens and just a short walk from the market and shops, was perfect. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, surrounded by beautiful views and excellent service. The rooms were cozy and luxurious, offering a relaxing atmosphere with invigorating lemongrass scents. The location was perfect, close enough to town for convenience but distant enough to enjoy tranquility. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options that made me indulge a bit too much. However, the lack of outside seating in the rooms was a small downside.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean with nice linens, spacious, and beautifully decorated both inside and outside. Although the room for three was a bit on the smaller side, it was still quite plush. The service was outstanding, with the staff going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location, despite getting crowded in the late afternoon, was still incredibly pleasant, set amidst picturesque grounds. Dining over the Lotus pond was a highlight, offering diverse and tasty options, especially the homemade bread and detox water. Facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
